These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your" or "user") and GKDeals ("GKDeals", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at gkdeals.com and all related pages, content, features and services (collectively, the "Site"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Nature of the Site — informational only

GKDeals is an independent publisher that curates and presents information about deals, discounts, coupon codes, product reviews, buying guides and travel offers. We are not a merchant, retailer, travel agent, tour operator or booking provider. We do not sell any products or services, do not process payments, and are not a party to any transaction between you and any third-party merchant, retailer, airline, hotel, car rental company or booking platform. All purchases and bookings are made directly with those third parties and are subject to their own terms, policies and pricing.

3. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site.

4. Accounts and registration

Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or unlawfully.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, republish, resell or systematically extract content or data from the Site without our prior written permission;
  • Introduce viruses, malware or any code that may damage, disrupt or impair the Site;
  • Interfere with or circumvent security features, rate limits or access controls;
  • Use bots, spiders or automated means to access the Site except for legitimate search-engine indexing;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of GKDeals or any third party;
  • Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable material.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, layout, software, reviews, guides and the "GKDeals" name and marks — are owned by GKDeals or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only; their display does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

7. User submissions

If you submit content to us (for example, messages, feedback, suggestions or reviews), you grant GKDeals a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove any user submission at our discretion.

8. Accuracy of prices, offers and availability

We strive to keep listings current, but prices, discounts, coupon codes, availability, product details and travel fares are set and controlled by third parties and change frequently and without notice. Information on the Site is provided for general reference only and may be incomplete, out of date or contain errors. Offers, discounts and savings shown are indicative and must be verified on the partner's website at the time of purchase or booking. Coupon codes may expire, be limited in quantity, exclude certain items, or fail to work. We do not guarantee that any deal, price, code or offer will be honored by a third party. Your sole recourse for any issue with a purchase, price, code, refund, delivery, cancellation or booking is with the applicable merchant or provider.

9. Affiliate relationships

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you click through and complete a qualifying purchase or booking, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our editorial content. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

10. Third-party sites and merchants

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, policies, security or practices of any third party. Your dealings with, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with, any third party are solely between you and that third party. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

11. No professional advice

Content on the Site, including reviews, guides and any information in the "Health" category, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional, financial, medical or legal advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always exercise your own judgment before making a purchase or decision.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, GKDEALS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT, OR THAT ANY DEAL, PRICE OR OFFER WILL BE AVAILABLE OR HONORED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GKDEALS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTION, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GKDeals and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — including Sections 6, 7 and 12 through 18 — will remain in effect.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GKDeals maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, you agree that any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible. To the extent permitted by law, you and GKDeals waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain of these provisions, in which case they apply only to the extent allowed by law and do not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and GKDeals regarding the Site.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
